Chapter 346 You Are Such a Fool
Chapter 346 You Are Such a Fool
"Handsome guy, are you alone?" the woman asked with a smile.
Sha Zhu was stunned for a moment. He didn't expect that someone would come and talk to him at this time.
"Yeah." Sha Zhu replied indifferently.
"Why are you sitting here alone? Are you in a bad mood?" the woman asked with concern.
Sha Zhu didn't say anything. He didn't want to talk about his troubles with strangers.
"My name is Lina." The woman introduced herself, "What's yours?"
"Silly pillar."
"Shazhu? What an interesting name." Lina said with a smile.
Sha Zhu ignored Lina's teasing and closed his eyes again.
"Shazhu, are you really in a bad mood?" Lina asked.
Sha Zhu opened his eyes and looked at Lina.
"I...I was kicked out by my best friend..." Sha Zhu said chokingly.
"Why?" Lina asked.
Sha Zhu told Lina what had happened.
After listening to this, Lina was silent for a moment, and then said: "Shazhu, you are such a fool."
Sha Zhu was stunned. He didn't expect Lina to say that to him.
"You gave up your friends and your home for a woman. Is it worth it?" Lina asked.
Sha Zhu didn't say anything. He didn't know how to answer Lina's question.
"Silly Zhu, wake up! That woman doesn't love you at all! She is just using you!" Lina said.
"I know..." Sha Zhu said with a wry smile.
"You know? Then why are you so nice to her?" Lina asked.
"I...I don't know..." Shazhu said blankly.
Lina sighed, and then said: "Silly Zhu, you are such a pathetic creature."
Sha Zhu didn't say anything, he lowered his head.
"Shazhu, come with me." Lina suddenly said.
Shazhu raised his head and looked at Lina in surprise.
"Where are we going?" asked Sha Zhu.
"Go to a place where Qin Huairu is not." Lina said with a smile.
Sha Zhu looked at Lina's smile, and suddenly a warm current surged in his heart. He felt like he had grabbed a life-saving straw.
"Okay." Sha Zhu agreed without hesitation.
Lina took Shazhu's hand and left the park.
They walked on the brightly lit streets, and Sha Zhu felt like he was reborn. He didn't know where Lina was going to take him, but he believed that Lina would not harm him.
They came to a hotel and Lina got a room.
"Silly Zhu, you can stay here tonight." Lina said.
"Thank you, Lina." Sha Zhu said gratefully.
"Don't thank me." Lina said with a smile, "I just don't want to see you so decadent."
After Lina finished speaking, she turned and left the room.
Sha Zhu looked at Lina's departing back, his heart filled with gratitude. He knew that Lina really wanted to help him.
He closed the door and lay down on the bed. He felt very tired, very tired. He closed his eyes and fell asleep quickly.
The next morning, when Sha Zhu woke up, he found that Lina had left. He got up, washed up, and left the hotel.
He didn't know where to go or what to do. He felt like he was lost and couldn't find his way home.
He was walking aimlessly on the street when suddenly he saw a familiar figure.
It’s Qin Huairu.
Qin Huairu also saw Sha Zhu. She was stunned for a moment, then walked straight towards Sha Zhu.
"Silly Zhu..." Qin Huairu shouted.
Sha Zhu looked at Qin Huairu, his eyes full of complicated emotions. He didn't know what to say or what to do.
"Shazhu, are you...are you okay?" Qin Huairu asked with concern.
Sha Zhu sneered, "What does it have to do with you whether I am good or not?"
"Shazhu, I...I know I was wrong...I...I shouldn't have treated you like that..." Qin Huairu's tears flowed again.
Sha Zhu looked at Qin Huairu crying without a trace of pity in his heart. He knew that Qin Huairu's tears were fake and were just to win his sympathy.
"Qin Huairu, get out of here." Sha Zhu said coldly, "I don't want to see you again."
Qin Huairu's crying stopped abruptly, and she looked at Sha Zhu in disbelief, as if she had met him for the first time.
Sha Zhu turned and left. He didn't want to have anything to do with Qin Huairu anymore. He just wanted to start a new life, a life without Qin Huairu.
He came to a crossroads and suddenly didn't know which way to go. He stood at the crossroads in confusion, looking at the vehicles coming and going, feeling like he was abandoned by the world.
At this moment, a black car stopped in front of him. The window slowly lowered, revealing a familiar face.
It's Lina.
"Shazhu, get in the car." Lina said.
Sha Zhu hesitated for a moment, then opened the car door and got in.
"Where are we going?" asked Sha Zhu.
"Go a place you've never been to." Lina smiled mysteriously and started the car.
The car slowly drove away from the intersection and headed towards an unknown distance...
"Are you okay?" he asked with concern.
I shook my head and said, "Thank you for saving me."
"You're welcome." He smiled. "My name is Lin Feng, and I'm an archaeologist."
Archaeologist? I was shocked. Could he be here for the skeleton as well?
"You...are you here for that skeleton too?" I asked.
Lin Feng nodded and said, "Yes, I heard that an ancient skeleton was dug up here, so I came to take a look."
I hesitated for a moment, but decided to tell him what happened in the pit.
"I found a skull and some other bones in the pit," I said.
After hearing what I said, Lin Feng's face became serious.
"It seems that things here are more complicated than I thought," he said.
"You...what do you know?" I asked.
Lin Feng looked at me and said, "There are some things I can't tell you right now. But I can tell you that the skeleton is not an ordinary skeleton."
"What is that?" I demanded.
Lin Feng did not answer my question, but smiled mysteriously and said, "You will know later."
I was filled with doubts, but also with a faint sense of excitement. This mass grave, these mysterious skeletons, these sudden appearances of archaeologists, all of these made me curious and excited. Perhaps, I was about to step into an unknown world, a world full of adventure and excitement.
